Slide Deck from Tuesday's Meeting Linked Here for your Convenience.

A primary topic for the meeting was our 2016 operating expenses of $149.00 being due on or before February 15th, 2016 and a reserve assessment for major current or future street and gate repairs of $185.00 due on or before July 1st, 2016. TOTAL ASSESSMENTS FOR 2016 ARE $334.00.

Please be aware of the following:

  • A new walk-thru gate has been installed in the Garden Village area that will allow pass thru of the perimeter wall. It's just east (~100') of Village Garden Drive on NW 164th St. Take a stroll to Braum's and back without having to walk around now.
  • ALERT: It's not uncommon for coyotes to stroll around Fenwick and we've had recent sightings in the area around the west pond. According to the humane society, seeing a coyote in your neighborhood during the day is not a cause for alarm. They are typically out in spring and summer foraging for food for their pups. Most coyotes avoid people. See link below for the article that advises us if a coyote displays no fear of people, it's probably been fed. You can re-instill his fear by raising your arms and yelling (called 'hazing'). Of course, if you do think a coyote is sick and in need of attention or possibly exhibiting dangerous behavior please call animal control dispatch at 405 297-2255. Also helpful, watch your pets and secure your garbage. Find out more by clicking on this link:
