15-Aug 2022: Your HOA dues will be hard at work over the next 2 to 3 weeks as we complete a significant crack-repair street improvement project. During the final phase of this project every bit of road will be affected as will access to your driveways.

Orange traffic cones will indicate areas of fresh repair that should be avoided by vehicular traffic. Our streets should remain semi-passable throughout the repairs. A friendly HOA volunteer will try to make sure you are aware within a day or two of your driveway being blocked.

If your sprinkler system runs onto and down our streets, please turn it off temporarily while the repairs are being made. Moisture on fresh asphalt causes structural damage to the roads and has adverse effects on the repairs settling as needed. You may also notice equipment parked along certain streets overnight as the crew work on repairs.

If you must park on the road overnight because your driveway is blocked, please remove your valuables and garage remotes, and be sure to lock your car doors. We rarely have vehicle break-ins in the neighborhood, but you can never be too safe.

We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation.

10-Nov 2021: Your HOA dues are going to be hard at work over the next 4 to 6 weeks as we begin a significant crack-repair street improvement project.  Orange traffic cones will indicate areas of fresh repair that should be avoided by vehicular traffic.  Our streets should remain passable throughout the repairs. Someone from the road crew should notify you in advance if access to your driveway will become impaired.

If your sprinkler system runs onto and down our streets, please turn it off temporarily while the repairs are being made.  Moisture on fresh asphalt will have adverse effects on the repairs settling as needed. You may also notice equipment parked along certain streets overnight as the crew work on repairs.

We all greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation. We apologize for the late notice as the road crew finished another project much earlier than expected.
